How to withdraw funds — step-by-step

Open Withdrawal on your dashboard, choose your method, enter the amount, and confirm with 2FA. Withdrawals must use a method registered in your own name. Crypto withdrawals process in under 30 minutes during business hours.

Before you start

  • Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).

  • You must have an available balance — funds tied up in open positions because margin cannot be withdrawn.

  • If you received a bonus, check how much of it has been released to your withdrawable balance. The Welcome bonus article explains how the release schedule works.

  • Withdrawals go to a method or account registered in your own name. This is a regulatory anti-money-laundering requirement.

Steps

1. Log in to nomo on web or app.

2. Click Withdraw on your dashboard.

3. Choose your method. The available methods match those you used to deposit, and depend on your country, currency, verification status, and operational checks.

4. Enter the amount.

5. We process the request. You'll receive an email when it's been sent, and another when funds arrive (where the network supports it).

Processing times

  • Crypto withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours, then add the blockchain confirmation time.

  • Local payment methods (PIX, SPEI, etc.): typically same-day during business hours.

Important notes

  • nomo does not charge a withdrawal fee in most cases. Where a network or bank charges a fee (e.g. blockchain network fee), it is shown before you confirm.

  • Crypto withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable for security and AML/KYC reasons. In those cases you'll be asked to withdraw to a bank account in your own name instead. This is a compliance control to validate the account holder and protect against fraud and money laundering.

  • Large withdrawals may trigger an enhanced compliance review. We may ask for additional information about source of funds.

  • Withdrawals are processed during business hours.

  • The bank account used for withdrawal must be in your own name and the data must match the bank's records exactly. Account number, holder name, and currency must all be correct — a mismatch on any one field is enough for the bank to reject the transfer.

Troubleshooting

My withdrawal is taking longer than expected.

Check the article "Why is my withdrawal pending or rejected?" — the most common reasons are listed there. If the issue isn't on that list, contact support with your withdrawal ticket ID.

I deposited with one card but want to withdraw to a different account.

By default, withdrawals must go to a method registered to your name. If your original card is closed or unavailable, contact support — we can sometimes accept an alternative method with additional verification.
