Withdrawals are processed 24/7 (more slowly on weekends): crypto usually within 30 minutes plus blockchain confirmation time, PIX usually instantly, local bank transfers within 48 business hours after approval.
Before you start
Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
You don't need to close your open positions. You can withdraw your free margin; funds used as margin for open positions can't be withdrawn. Withdrawing a large part of your free margin lowers your margin level and may lead to a stop out.
If you have an active bonus, any withdrawal cancels it. Coupons already converted into real funds stay in your account. Once the bonus is removed, your margin level drops and a stop out may happen — check your open positions before you withdraw. See Welcome bonus.

Steps
Log in to nomo on web or app.
Click Withdraw on your dashboard.
Choose your method. The amount you deposited is withdrawn with the same type of method you used to deposit (see the table below); profits can be withdrawn with any available method. Available methods also depend on your country, currency, verification status, and operational checks.
Enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is $10. A withdrawal fee applies depending on your loyalty level — from $5 on Starter to $0 on Crystal Black (see VIP levels).
We process the request. You'll receive an email when it's been sent, and another when funds arrive (where the network supports it).
Which method you can withdraw to
The amount you deposited is withdrawn with the same type of method you used to deposit. Profits can be withdrawn with any available method.

Withdrawals are processed 24/7; on weekends and holidays processing may be slower.
Crypto: up to 30 minutes, plus blockchain confirmation time.

Important notes
nomo charges a withdrawal fee based on your loyalty level: Starter $5, Bronze $4, Silver $3, Gold $2, Diamond $1, Crystal Black $0 (see VIP levels). Where a network or bank charges an additional fee (e.g. blockchain network fee), it is shown before you confirm.
Bank withdrawals are paid only in your local currency (in USD — only in Ecuador). The exchange rate is set by our payment partner at the time of processing (see Terms and Conditions, section 10.3).
For security reasons, the first withdrawal to new payment details may take an extra 24–48 hours.
There's no limit on the number of withdrawals per day. Conditions depend on your verification status, the withdrawal method, and our checks (see Terms and Conditions).
Crypto withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable for security and AML/KYC reasons. In those cases you'll be asked to withdraw to a bank account in your own name instead. This is a compliance control to validate the account holder and protect against fraud and money laundering.
Large withdrawals may trigger an enhanced compliance review. We may ask for additional information about source of funds.
The bank account used for withdrawal must be in your own name and the data must match the bank's records exactly. Account number, holder name, and currency must all be correct — a mismatch on any one field is enough for the bank to reject the transfer.

Withdrawals to cards aren't available. The amount you deposited by card is returned by bank transfer to an account in your own name. Profits can be withdrawn with any available method.
