Crypto deposits (USDT, BTC) are usually credited within 30 minutes after blockchain confirmation. Cards and local bank transfer methods such as PIX and SPEI are typically processed within 5 minutes, while cash payment methods like OXXO may take up to 24 hours.

Steps
1. Log in to nomo on web or the app.
2. Click Deposit on your dashboard.
3. Choose the method you want to use. The list shows what's available in your country.
4. Enter the amount you want to deposit. Watch the minimum and maximum limits shown.
5. Follow the method-specific flow — for crypto, scan the address into your wallet; for cards, enter your card details; for bank transfers, copy the bank details and initiate the transfer from your bank.
6. Confirm. The funds appear on your account once the network or bank confirms — see processing times below.
Processing times
Crypto: 5–30 minutes after blockchain confirmation. Network congestion can extend this.
Cards: usually instant
Local payment methods: usually instant to 30 minutes during business hours.
Important notes
Some payment providers (your bank, your card issuer, the blockchain network) may charge additional fees.
Deposits are credited in USD. If you fund in another currency, conversion happens at the prevailing rate.
Withdrawals must use the same method and account as the deposit, where possible. This is a regulatory anti-money-laundering rule.
First deposits above $10,000 USD may trigger an enhanced KYC check — we may ask for proof of source of funds.
To keep your account active, make a deposit or trading activity at least once every 90 days.
Troubleshooting
My card was declined.
Most card declines come from the issuing bank rather than nomo. Common reasons include insufficient funds, daily transaction limits being exceeded, the card not being enabled for online or international payments, incomplete 3DS authentication (OTP/bank app confirmation), or incorrect/expired card details. If your payment was declined, please check with your bank or try an alternative payment method.
My crypto deposit shows confirmed on-chain but hasn't been credited.
Check that you sent on the correct network (TRC-20 vs ERC-20 — they are different networks). If you sent on the wrong network, send the transaction receipt to [email protected] from your registered email; we can sometimes recover, but not always.
My deposit isn't showing and I have a payment receipt.
Please make sure the transferred amount exactly matches the amount shown in the payment instructions or generated voucher. In some cases, payments with mismatched amounts may require manual review.
If your deposit still has not appeared, contact Live Chat support or send the receipt from your registered email. The receipt should clearly show:
payment date,
amount,
payment provider,
transaction ID/reference,
account holder details.
This allows the team to trace the payment and escalate it if necessary.
Important note for Argentina payments
If your payment method is marked as “Cobro Digital” (and not a bank transfer), the deposit may take up to 48 business hours to be credited.
