First, check the typical processing time for your method — crypto can take 30 minutes, cards up to 5 minutes, local bank transfers up to 48 business hours . If it's been longer, the most common causes are an unconfirmed crypto transaction, a card payment held by your bank, or a bank wire missing the reference number.
Each is fixable — send your receipt to [email protected] from your registered email or contact us via live chat support and we can trace it.
Step one: check the expected time
Crypto: 5–30 minutes after blockchain confirmation. Wait at least 30 minutes before assuming a problem.
Cards: usually instant, normally 0-5 minutes. Wait an hour before treating it as failed.
Local payment methods (PIX, SPEI, OXXO): usually instant to 30 minutes during business hours.
Local bank transfers, normally up to 30 minutes in some really rare cases up to 48 hours
International bank transfers up to 5 business days
If it's been longer than expected
Crypto deposit pending.
Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer (e.g. tronscan.org for TRC-20, etherscan.io for ERC-20). If the transaction shows confirmed but isn't credited, send the transaction hash to [email protected]. The most common cause is a network mismatch — verify that the network you sent on matches the address shown on nomo.
Bank wire sent yesterday, nothing on nomo yet.
Bank wires routinely take 1–3 business days. If more time has passed, contact our support.
I sent crypto to the wrong network.
If you sent USDT on BEP-20 to a TRC-20 address, the funds usually cannot be recovered on the receiving side. Contact support with the transaction hash; in some cases we can recover, but not always. Always confirm the network on both sides before sending.
Information we need from you
Send your payment receipt to [email protected] from the email registered to your account or via our live chat.
The receipt should clearly show: date, amount, payment provider, transaction reference or ID, and account holder details. With this we can usually trace the deposit within one business day and escalate to operations if the funds need to be reconciled.
