On Deposit, choose Crypto, then choose your coin and network. Copy the address shown — or scan the QR code — and send from your wallet or exchange. Do not send any other coin or use any other network. Funds appear after blockchain confirmation, usually within 30 minutes.
Steps
1. Log in to nomo and click Deposit.
2. Select Cryptocurrency.
3. Choose your coin. USDT and BTC are most common. The supported coin list updates over time.
4. Choose the network. For USDT, the most common options are TRC-20 (cheapest fee), ERC-20 (Ethereum, higher fee), and BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain). Use the same network on both sides.
5. Copy the deposit address shown — or scan the QR code with your wallet app.
6. In your wallet or exchange, paste the address, enter the amount, double-check the network, and send.
7. Wait for blockchain confirmations. nomo credits your account after the required number of confirmations (usually 1–3 depending on the coin).
The single most important rule
The network on the sending side and the network on the receiving side must match. USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 are different blockchains. If you send on the wrong network, the funds may be unrecoverable.
Always confirm the network on both sides before pressing send.
Important notes
Network fees are paid by you (the sender) and are deducted by your wallet, not by nomo.
USDT TRC-20 usually offers lower network fees compared to many other blockchain networks, although the exact fee depends on the wallet or exchange you are sending from.
Each deposit address is unique to your nomo account. Don't share it publicly.
Deposits below the minimum amount shown (usually 10$) may be lost without recovery.
To keep your account active, make a deposit or trading activity at least once every 90 days.
Troubleshooting
I sent the funds and they are confirmed on the blockchain, but my account hasn't been credited.
Check the network. The most common cause is a network mismatch (e.g. you sent USDT on BEP-20 but the address was for TRC-20). Send the transaction hash, sending wallet address, and a screenshot of the send confirmation to [email protected] from your registered email. We will investigate, but recovery is not always possible.
The blockchain shows my transaction is still pending.
Network congestion can delay confirmations. BTC during high-fee periods may take an hour or more. USDT TRC-20 usually confirms within minutes. If it is pending more than 24 hours, contact your wallet provider, not nomo.
