Where is nomo available? Restricted countries explained

nomo is available to clients in most countries. There is a published list of restricted countries where the service is not offered, primarily because of local regulations or sanctions. The current list is on the footer of nomotrade.com. If you live in a restricted country, you cannot register or fund an account from that country.

Why some countries are restricted

  • Local financial regulations that prohibit unlicensed CFD or Forex services in that jurisdiction.

  • International sanctions or embargoes.

  • Lack of available payment infrastructure in the country to safely service clients.

  • Specific regulatory licensing requirements that nomo does not currently hold for that market.

How to check your country

1. Open nomotrade.com.

2. Scroll to the footer.

3. Find the Geographical Restrictions notice. The full list of restricted countries is published there and is updated as our regulatory situation changes.

4. If your country is not on the list, you can register normally. If it is, registration from that country won't be possible.

Important notes

  • The restricted list can change without prior notice as regulations and sanctions evolve. Re-check at registration if you've previously seen a different list.

  • Attempts to use nomo from a restricted country via VPN or false residence information violate the Terms and Conditions and lead to account closure with the funds returned to the source of deposit.

  • If you're a citizen of a restricted country but legitimately resident elsewhere, contact support before registering — we may be able to verify your residence and proceed.

  • If your country becomes restricted after you've registered, we contact existing clients with instructions for orderly account closure.
