How to register a nomo account

QUICK ANSWER

Registration takes about 2 minutes. Visit nomotrade.com or download the nomo app, choose Register, and sign up with your email, Google account, AppleID or Facebook account. After confirming your phone number, your account is ready and you can start exploring.

Steps

1. Go to nomotrade.com or open the nomo app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Tap or click Register.

3. Choose how to sign up: email and password, Google, Facebook or your Apple Account. All three options give you the same account.

4. Enter your full legal name, country of residence, and date of birth. Use the spelling on your government-issued ID — this saves time at verification later.

5. Verify your phone number with the SMS/WhatsApp code we send.

6. You arrive on your dashboard. From here you can deposit, verify your identity, or explore the platform.

Important notes

  • Your name on the nomo account must match your government-issued ID exactly. If you sign up with a nickname, you'll need to correct it before verification.

  • You can only have one nomo account per person. Multiple accounts may be merged or closed.

  • nomo is not available in some countries. The full restricted-country list is on the nomotrade.com T&Cs.

  • You can use nomo immediately after registration in demo mode, but live trading requires a deposit.

Troubleshooting

  • I didn't receive the SMS code.

Wait 60 seconds and request it again. If it still doesn't arrive, check that you entered the right country code and number, and that your phone has signal.

Some carriers in LatAm and MENA delay international SMS. If support help is needed, share your phone number with country code, your country and mobile carrier, whether you already attempted to resend the code, and a screenshot of any error message — this lets us trace the issue with the SMS provider.

  • I get "phone number already registered".

You may already have an account associated with that number. Check your inboxes for an existing welcome email from nomo to identify which email address was used to register. If you can't locate it, contact support with the phone number so we can review the case.

  • I get "email already registered".

You may already have an account. Use Forgot Password on the login page to recover it. If you can't, contact support with proof of identity and we'll help.
