How to update your personal information

Open Profile, then Personal Information (or Profile Settings for preferences like language). You can update your phone number, email address, and create a username directly in your profile. Changes to your phone number or email require verification of the new contact details.

What you can update directly

  • Display language for the platform — change it from your Profile settings.

  • Display Nickname shown on Copytrading or the Leaderboard, if applicable.

  • Profile photo.

What requires verification

  • Email address — confirmed by clicking a link sent to the new address.

  • Phone number — confirmed with an SMS code to the new number, plus a code to the old number where still accessible.

Steps

1. Log in to nomo.

3. Edit the field you want to change.

4. If you want to change any other information from your personal information block - send a message to our support team, we would be happy to help!

Troubleshooting

I can't see the language option, or the change doesn't take effect.

Send a screenshot of your Profile settings page to [email protected] from your registered email. The screenshot helps us identify whether it's a display issue, a browser cache problem, or something specific to your account.

Important notes

  • Withdrawals to changed bank or card details are subject to additional review. We may delay the first withdrawal to a new account by 24–48 hours as a security measure.

  • If you change your country of residence, your account may need to be reassigned to a different nomo entity for regulatory reasons. Contact support before initiating the change if you trade actively.
