Important notes
MT5 credentials are different from your nomo website credentials. The MT5 login is a numeric ID; the password was emailed to you separately when the MT5 account was created.
If you change your nomo Web password, the MT5 password does not change. They're managed separately.
On a single nomo account, demo and live MT5 accounts are separate. Switch between them in the Accounts list inside MT5.
MT5 on macOS runs in a compatibility layer; updates can lag the Windows version slightly.
Troubleshooting
I can't find the nomo server in the list.
On desktop, type "nomo" in the server search field. On mobile, search nomo in the broker search at first login. If still not found, the MT5 build may be outdated — install the latest version from the official MetaQuotes site.
I lost my MT5 password.
On your nomo Web dashboard, find your MT5 account and choose Reset MT5 password. A new password is emailed to you. The MT5 login (numeric ID) does not change.
