How to close your nomo account

Close any open positions, withdraw your remaining balance, and submit a closure request from your Profile in the Security menu.

Once submitted, your account enters "Closure Pending" status — you can still log in, but deposits, withdrawals, and trading will be disabled.

Closure is confirmed by email within 2 business days. Note that re-registering with the same phone number is not possible; if you want to trade again, it's easier to reactivate your existing account.

Steps

1. Close all open positions on your account.

2. Cancel any active Copytrading subscriptions or AI Index allocations.

3. Withdraw your full balance using your normal withdrawal method.

4. Wait until the withdrawal is confirmed and received in your bank or wallet.

5. Open your Profile and go to the Security menu, then select the account-closure option.

6. Confirm the closure request. Optionally tell us why — feedback genuinely helps us improve.

7. Your account moves to "Closure Pending" status immediately. We process the final closure within 2 business days and confirm by email.

Before you decide to close

  • If you're frustrated with a specific issue, contact support first. Many issues are easier to resolve than re-opening an account later.

  • If you're worried about security, you can lock your account temporarily without closing it permanently. Contact support to request an account freeze.

Important notes

  • Re-registration is not possible with the same phone number. If you try to register a new account with the number linked to a closed account, the system will flag it as already registered. If you attempt KYC on a new account, it will be rejected as a duplicate.

  • The easiest path back is reactivation. If you want to trade again in the future, contact support to reactivate your existing account — this is simpler than starting over.

  • Your trading and account history is retained internally for the period required by anti-money-laundering and financial regulations (typically 5–7 years), even after closure. This is a regulatory requirement.

  • Open positions and pending withdrawals must be resolved before closure. The system will not allow a closure request with outstanding activity.
