Trading rewards and quests are gamified incentives that reward you for completing specific trading activities — making your first trade in a new asset class, hitting a volume milestone, trying a new feature. Each completed quest awards trading credit, bonus points, or other benefits. The current active quests are listed on the Trading quests page in your account.
What quests look like
First-time activities: place your first crypto trade, your first stock trade, or your first Copytrading allocation.
Volume milestones: reach a defined trading volume in a calendar month.
Feature exploration: try the AI Index, set up a price alert, complete a guided tutorial.
Periodic challenges: hit specific performance or activity targets within a defined window.
How to participate
1. Open Trading quests on your dashboard.
2. Browse the active quests. Each shows the requirement and the reward.
3. Choose a quest you'd be doing anyway as part of your trading routine — never trade just to complete a quest.
4. Complete the activity. The system tracks your progress automatically.
5. When the quest is complete, the reward is credited to your account or appears in your loyalty balance.
Important notes
The cardinal rule: never let quest mechanics drive your trading decisions. "I just need three more trades to complete the quest" is how clients lose money chasing rewards. Trade your strategy; if the quest happens, great.
Quests rotate. If a quest interests you, complete it within its window — it may not return.
Some rewards are bonus credit subject to release-by-volume terms like the welcome bonus. Read the specific terms before assuming a reward is immediately withdrawable.
